Terms of Use

Adonis Network (JSC) provides enterprise software, artificial intelligence solutions, cloud services, digital infrastructure, blockchain technologies, marketplaces, financial technology solutions, and related digital services.

By accessing or using any Adonis Network platform, website, application, software product, cloud service, marketplace, API, blockchain service, or related technology, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

If a user does not agree with these terms, access to Adonis services must be discontinued immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:

• Adonis Network — Adonis Network (JSC), a technology company registered in the Republic of Türkiye, together with its affiliates and operated platforms.
• User — any individual or entity that accesses or uses any Adonis Network service.
• Account — a registered profile that enables access to one or more Adonis Network services.
• Service — any platform, product, application, website, API, or digital service operated by Adonis Network.
• Platform — any software environment or system operated by Adonis Network, including Adonis Platform One (A1) and Adonis Workspace.
• Content — any data, text, software, media, documentation, or materials made available through the Services.
• Marketplace — the Adonis Marketplace through which digital products and third-party offerings are made available.
• Digital Asset — any tokenized or blockchain-based asset accessible through Adonis services.
• AI Service — any artificial intelligence or automation capability provided through Adonis platforms, including Adonis Platform One (A1).
• Workspace — Adonis Workspace, the unified operating environment for Adonis products and services.
• A1 Platform — Adonis Platform One (A1), the AI-native enterprise platform operated by Adonis Network.

Users must:

• Be legally capable of entering binding agreements.
• Comply with applicable laws.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain account information accurately.

Adonis Network reserves the right to refuse service where legally necessary.

Users may create accounts to access certain services.

Users are responsible for:

• Accuracy of account information
• Authorized account usage
• Maintaining current contact details
• Compliance with platform requirements

Users are responsible for:

• Password confidentiality
• Multi-factor authentication where available
• Device security
• Immediate reporting of unauthorized access

Adonis Network is not responsible for losses resulting from user negligence.

Users shall not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Distribute malware
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operation
• Abuse APIs
• Engage in fraud
• Upload harmful content
• Circumvent security controls
• Abuse AI systems
• Manipulate marketplace activities

Violations may result in immediate suspension.

All trademarks, logos, software, source code, designs, content, graphics, documentation, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Adonis Network (JSC) or its licensors.

No rights are transferred except those explicitly granted.

Users acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
• AI outputs require human review.
• AI systems may evolve over time.
• Users remain responsible for decisions based on AI outputs.

Adonis Network does not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated responses.

Marketplace users agree that:

• Transactions may involve third-party vendors.
• Product availability may change.
• Vendor information is supplied by vendors.
• Certain services may be governed by supplemental agreements.

Cloud services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

Users are responsible for:

• Their own data
• Backup procedures
• Access management
• Security configurations

Certain services may interact with blockchain networks.

Users acknowledge:

• Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
• Public ledger records cannot always be modified.
• Network fees may apply.
• Third-party blockchain risks exist.

Adonis Network does not control external blockchain networks.

Adonis Network does not provide:

• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Financial advisory services

Users should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Services may integrate with:

• Cloud providers
• Payment processors
• Analytics services
• Communication platforms
• Infrastructure providers

Adonis Network is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

While Adonis Network seeks high availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, security events, and force majeure events may affect availability.

Adonis Network may suspend or terminate access where:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud is suspected
• Security threats exist
• Legal requirements require action
• Abuse of services occurs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adonis Network shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Business interruption
• Third-party actions

Liability shall be limited as permitted under applicable law.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adonis Network, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse of services
• Violations of law
• Third-party claims resulting from user actions

Adonis Network processes personal information in accordance with:

• Privacy Policy
• GDPR
• KVKK
• Applicable privacy regulations

Users should review the Privacy Policy for additional information.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts and authorities of Türkiye unless otherwise required by applicable law.
