Purpose and Scope
Adonis Network (JSC) respects the privacy rights of its users and provides a secure, transparent, and compliant process for requesting deletion of accounts and associated personal data.
This policy applies to the Adonis Workspace mobile application available through Google Play, Adonis Platform One (A1), and related digital services operated by Adonis Network.
This Account Deletion Policy applies to:
- Adonis Platform One (A1)
- Adonis Workspace
- Adonis Cloud
- Adonis Blockchain
- Adonis Exchange
- Adonis Marketplace
and other related digital services operated by Adonis Network.
Account Deletion Methods
Users may request account deletion through one of the following methods:
A. Direct Platform Deletion
Workspace → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
B. Email Request
Recommended Email Subject: Account Deletion Request
Users submitting deletion requests by email should include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Account ID (if available)
- Platform or Service Used
- Optional Reason for Request
Identity Verification Requirements
To protect users against unauthorized account deletion requests, Adonis Network may require reasonable identity verification prior to processing a request.
Verification may include:
- Account ownership confirmation
- Email verification
- Security validation checks
- Additional documentation where legally required
Effect of Account Deletion
Upon successful completion of account deletion:
- Access to Adonis services may be permanently disabled.
- Personal profile information may be deleted or anonymized.
- Authentication credentials may be removed.
- User preferences may be deleted.
- Workspace settings may be removed.
- Connected services may be disconnected.
- Marketplace profile information may be deleted where applicable.
Deleted accounts may not be recoverable.
Data Eligible for Deletion or Anonymization
Subject to legal requirements, the following categories of information may be deleted or anonymized:
- Profile Information
- Login Credentials
- User Preferences
- Workspace Data
- Marketplace Profile Data
- Uploaded Personal Information
- Non-Essential User Records
Data Retention Requirements
Certain records may be retained where required by:
- Applicable law
- Regulatory obligations
- Contractual commitments
- Security investigations
- Fraud prevention requirements
- Legitimate business interests
Examples may include:
- Billing Records
- Invoice Records
- Tax Documentation
- Financial Transaction Records
- AML Compliance Records
- KYC Verification Records
- Security Logs
- Audit Trails
- Fraud Investigation Records
- Regulatory Reporting Records
- Legal Dispute Records
KYC and AML compliance records may be retained for up to ten (10) years where required by applicable financial regulations, anti-money laundering laws, tax obligations, audit requirements, or other legal compliance obligations.
Retained information will only be stored for the period required by applicable law or compliance obligations.
Blockchain and Digital Asset Limitations
For blockchain-related services, certain records may be technically irreversible or publicly recorded on distributed ledger networks.
Adonis Network cannot modify, delete, or alter information that has been permanently recorded on public blockchain networks where such modification is technically impossible.
Where applicable, account-level information under Adonis control may be deleted or anonymized while blockchain records remain independently verifiable.
Processing Timeframes
Most valid deletion requests are processed within thirty (30) calendar days.
Additional time may be required for:
- Identity verification
- Security review
- AML compliance review
- KYC verification review
- Financial compliance obligations
- Regulatory requirements
- Ongoing dispute investigations
User Privacy Rights
Depending on the applicable jurisdiction, users may have rights including:
- Right of Access
- Right to Rectification
- Right to Erasure
- Right to Restriction of Processing
- Right to Data Portability
- Right to Object to Processing
- Right to Submit Complaints to Competent Authorities
These rights may be subject to legal limitations.

Adonis Network processes personal information in accordance with:

- Applicable cybersecurity regulations
